My friend Aubrey and I made mochi this afternoon. They’re not the prettiest, but they taste good! We had trouble with the texture, but will try them again. I didn’t have my DSLR with me, so iPhone pics it is. Until then, here’s the recipe and better pictures from Globetrotter Diaries.
