Oeuf Cocotte

by Patricia

This Saturday was my second day at my new job and the first time in a long while since I’ve had to work on a weekend. Mom woke up to make waffles and coffee, while I tried out Oeuf Cocotte. Oeuf cocotte is simply baked eggs over milk/creme fraiche, ham and other ingredients such as tomatoes. You can either cook them in a microwave or an oven. My tomatoes were a bit pale, so it looks like I threw in some salmon.

A good start to the day.
