These pictures have been sitting in Leo’s camera for over a month now…! I unfortunately cannot remember what kind of sausages we got (one was probably pork), but I do remember thinking they were a tad too dry and not entirely memorable. The curry they serve it with though was pretty good. The duck fat fries were so-so, a bit too dry as well, I prefer the ones we had at P.D.C’s.
I think I’d like to go back and try the game sausages. I wanted to try the bison, but they ran out when we went.
