Look who made it to The Queen & Beaver last night with a digital camera on hand! We sat on the upstairs patio with a pimm’s cocktail and a beer, and then proceeded to eat a lot of chips. We ordered the scotch eggs, roasted sticky quail, halibut, the hand chopped burger, and a scoop of their housemade bailey ice-cream. It was a pretty hefty meal with a hefty bill, and the food, as pub food is, was salty, but decent. Better suited as a casual spot to have a few drinks and small plates.
