Chocolate Banana Blueberry Muffins.
“Where did you get them?” – possibly the best thing you can hear after someone has had a bite of something you’ve made (Unless it was a reaction of disgust). I’m kicking myself for stupidly forgetting to bookmark the recipe now.

Blueberry pancakes.
Opted for frozen wild blueberries instead of the fresh ones, which gave the batter such a nice, vibrant colour from the juices. There were no air bubbles because I think our baking soda expired. They turned out so-so. I’m not a big fan of pancakes, except for the ones I had at our Varedero hotel in Cuba. They were so golden and buttery and just plain delicious, I’ve yet to have anything similar here.
