I meant to post this way earlier during the day, but didn’t have time. So here’s a rather late Sunday breakfast post.
Crepes adapted from The No Time To Cook Book
1 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 cup of water
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of sugar
Butter for cooking/greasing
Combine flour, water, milk and eggs in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Grease your pan with butter and pour in about 1/2 cup mixture. (If you’d like smaller crepes, you can do 2 tablespoons instead.) Cook for about 1 minute on each side until it reaches a pale golden colour.
1 sliced banana
2 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoon of butter
In a pan on medium heat, melt butter. Add sugar and mix until it dissolves. Cook the mixture for about a minute. Add in the bananas and cook for another minute.
There was only enough bananas to fill two crepes, which was enough for me and my mom, but next time I will probably double the amount.
