Whatever frustrations we had with San Francisco’s MUNI transit system melted away each time we stepped into yet another gorgeous shop. Sightglass Coffee was no exception.
It’s no secret that our favourite breakfast combo is a flaky, buttery croissant and a good cup of coffee. San Francisco never let us down with Sightglass’s rose water and pistachio croissant. It is just like an almond croissant, with the nougat layer of cream in the middle and double baked, but with ground pistachio. While I know about 90% of the world wants in on the cronut and ramen burger, I wouldn’t mind seeing more of these delicate and floral pistachio pastries around Toronto. Please?
