One of my favourite things about London so far is that there’s rarely any concessions made when it comes to spicy food. Chili levels? Non-spicy option?(Get out.) None so far, at least in my experience anyway. Mama’s Jerk Station doesn’t shy away from the heat and it left our tongues burning for more. Thankfully, it’s the kind of heat that only destroys your mouth, but leaves your stomach relatively settled. Leo was pretty happy for some semblance of flavour after days of fish’n’chips, and probably from my cooking as well.

Side note: the jerk pork sausage went very well with Camden Town Brewery’s Hells Lager.
